If you need to make a return, you are welcome to do so within 30 days. Please note that there are certain products that are non-refundable (see section below for more details).
All items must be sent back to us unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
If you received a damaged good, please send us a picture to email@example.com and our customer service team will respond within 2 working days.
Books, Notebooks, Journals, PDF packages, Worksheets, Music:
Books, audiobooks, PDF packages, worksheets, any digital product, and music are not refundable. However, if you received a damaged product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you purchased a damaged book through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Target, Walmart, or another independent retailer, you must contact them directly.
If you need to return an item, please email us your order number and we will send you return instructions.
Classes are digital items available immediately and for that reason they are non refundable.
Appointments can be refunded if your cancellation occurs until 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling without penalty is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise a 20% rescheduling fee applies.
